Wendi’s Kitchen & Catering wants your event to be successful, be it a corporate meeting or a private gathering of family and friends. To this end, we will work with you to determine your wishes and needs. Choose from the following package options that we have put together to make it easy for you!
PACKAGE OPTION 1: ROAST BEEF
Award winning Roast Beef on the side Raspberry horseradish sauce & Marinated Grilled Chicken served with: Red - Skinned Potatoes, Seasonal Fresh Veggies, Rolls & Butter, Plated Spring Mix with a variety of Berries, Feta Cheese, and Raspberry Walnut Dressing. Available Additions:
PACKAGE OPTION 2: MESQUITE GRILLED CHICKEN Mesquite Grilled Chicken served with: Fire - Roasted Gold Potatoes, Steamed, Fresh Vegetables, Rolls & Butter, Plated Spring Mix with a variety of Berries, Feta Cheese, and Raspberry Walnut Dressing. PACKAGE OPTION 3: SANDWICHES & WRAPS Variety of Assorted Sandwiches & Wraps served with: Pasta Salad, Vegetable Tray with Dipping Sauce, and Salad Bar (Spring Mix, Cucumbers, Tomatoes, Cheddar Cheese & Croutons). PACKAGE OPTION 4: POTATO & SALAD BAR Our Huge Idaho Baked Potato & Hand Cut Salad Bar, Sour Cream, Butter, Bacon, Peas, Cheddar Cheese, Egg, Cucumber, Tomatoes, & Croutons Choose either: Grilled or Fried Chicken. Served with Fresh Fruit Tray with Dipping Sauce. PACKAGE OPTION 8: PASTA SPECIALTIES House-Made Lasagna or Baked Spaghetti & Grilled Chicken Tortellini with Alfredo Sauce, served with Garlic Toast, Salad Bar (cucumbers, tomatoes & croutons).
